the duties and activities associated with their position.

Technical
skills, human skills, and conceptual skills.
Technical skills;
Technical skills are needed to collect knowledge and proficiency in a certain field.
so, lower levels of managing are our target.
for example engineering, computers, accounting, or manufacturing.
Human skills;
it involves the ability to work efficiently in case of work in groups, or individually.
Conceptual skills;
It is a type of skill needed to help managers to deal with complex situations.
